As Regional Operation Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day performance of multiple sites across your territory — balancing efficiency, quality, and team wellbeing while scaling our operations into new markets.

What you’ll do

• Lead regional teams to hit service, cost, and growth targets.

• Build and refine processes that keep operations consistent at scale.

• Partner with finance and supply teams on forecasting and capacity.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in operations or logistics, with multi-site leadership experience.

• Strong data sense and comfort making decisions under ambiguity.

• Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
